Bridie, in her new Confirmation clothes, was taken into town to help with the shopping. Sr. Bennett was home from Britain on holidays with member of her order. Bridie Sheehy [nee Moore] is my mother in law. She mentioned she thinks they were shopping in Lee’s of Mary St, note the parcel on string in her hand.”
