“L-R Gerald Hallahan, Henry Guiry. Picture presumed to be taken by Arthur Fields on O’Connell Bridge Circa 1968/1969. Both individuals were from Dungarvan Co. Waterford. Gerald was on his way to the British Embassey in Merrion Square and Henry was heading to Belfast to join the Royal Navy. There is a number on the back of the picture : P30134.
Picture was taken on O’Connell Bridge and Gerald was instructed to pick it up from Talbot St. the following day.”
