“Left is again my Grandfather Garrett Byrne at a later stage of his life, with his mother Mary Byrne, my great Grandmother. The man on the left is a family friend, and as far as my research goes his first name was Paddy. I assume that they were visiting someone in Dublin, and had travelled up from Bree, Co. Wexford. I’m also assuming that this photo was taken in the 50’s. This photo is invaluable to me and my family! Thank you again Mr. Fields!”
