“It’s of my mother (Sara O’Dwyer née Mortimer) and myself and is probably the first street photo of me. It looks like it was taken at the corner of Middle Abbey St. and O’Connell St. though I would defer to those who may know better.
There is just a handwritten number on the back D 43623 and it is the reverse of that number that you can see seeping through the top of the photo.
I would put it at February 1945.”
