“My dad PJ Winterlich and his aunt Mary Winterlich. My dad PJ was from Tuam , Co Galway. He used to visit his twin aunts Mary and Anne who lived in the Coombe. This was taken when he was with Mary. The went to the cinema when he visited. Mary loved the pictures and you can see a cinema in the background with the film ‘Marty’ on the board. Mary and Anne worked in the Jacobs factory and neither were married. They lived in the Coombe all ther lives in the same house. Mary passed away around ten years ago and Anne is still alive , we just celebrated her 100th birthday. PJ Winterlich lives in Mullingar with my mam Mary Winterlich . He was roughly 19 years old in this picture.”
