“My mum Ethna Flynn (nee Doyle) stepping out with my dad John Flynn in their finery, early ’50s. Man’s family were from Seville Place and moved up to Great Western Square in Phibsborough. Dad’s family were from Flynn’s cottages at Cross Guns bridge. Miss them both.”
