“This is a photograph of Colm Flynn, from Artane (we think). Apparently he
was a chef in AerLingus and his Father was Head Chef. My Mother had it in
her possession with lots of kisses on the back dated 24 June 1965. My
Mother told me when they went on dates to the pictures he always bought her
a box of Milk Tray and she used to restrain herself from eating them during
the show; then go home and share them with her Mother in Markievicz House,
off Pearse Street.”
