“My mother Veronica Rooney and brother Brian on a trip into town. Very reminiscent of times past. There were thirteen of us and each week she would take one or two of us into town. Always took in a visit to Arnotts and Clerys and then sticky buns in Bewleys and shopping in Moore street for loads of fruit.”
