“This is a picture of Liam Conlon ( my dad). Liam had just attended an interview at the Phoenix Park to join the Gardai Siochana at the age of 19. He was in the force for 38 years and retired as inspector stationed in Mullingar, Co Westmeath. Sadly my dad passed away from cancer December 2012 at the age of 67. ”
