“My parents Bill and Mary Morris, probably around 1945. Bill (or Willie as he was known to his siblings) was from Cork, and Mary (nee Howard) was from Belmullet. They met in London in the 1930s and married there. I’m nearly 70 and there’s not a day I don’t think of them for some reason.”
