“My Dad Willie Brady on left & friend. Willie was a well known singer in 1950′ -60’s. He died in 1969 aged 38. In the late 1980’s a family member was chatting to a stranger in a bar in Basel Switzerland and Willie’s name came up. The stranger (from Dublin but living in Swiss) went to his apartment and returned with this photo. He had been present (a teenager at the time) when photo was taken having earlier met Willie in Leo Burdochs. He said he was a bit starstruck and Willie gave him the photo. Amazing true story.!!”
